Several years ago Adam Knight brought back my old laptop to working condition. Recently, he pronounced it ?dead? and a new and wonderful Dell laptop took its place. During this transition, Adam came to my house (very convenient) to diagnose and even took his own time to locate a new laptop at a reasonable price. He is very patient and explains how things work in a way that is easy to understand and you can get technical advice at anytime.
